Do you host weddings at the flower farm?
Unfortunately, we do not host weddings at the flower farm.
Do I have to book a spot for a u-pick or can I just show up?
Yes, you must book a spot for the u-pick. To keep the experience enjoyable, we limit the amount of guests each evening. The flower farm is by appointment only. If your name is not on the booking schedule, we can not allow you on the premises.
What is provided?
Jars filled with clean water, sanitized snips.
What time does it start?
We ask guest to arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Early in the season we start at 7 pm with the tour of the field. When we get closer to fall, our start time will move to 6:30 pm to allow more time in the field before dark.
Do you take private bookings?
We are no longer offering private bookings.
Do I have to book a spot if I won’t be picking?
Yes, you must still book a spot. There is a $5 entrance fee if you are not picking. To keep the experience more enjoyable for everyone, we limit the amount of quests each evening to 10 people.
Can children visit?
Yes, children can come out. They must be supervised at all times and not disturb our other guests. The flower field is not a playground, and a lot of work has gone into creating this space. To protect from incidents, we ask that you assist with the harvesting of flowers, rather than harvest themselves.
Can we do a afternoon u-pick?
This year we will not be offering any afternoon u-picks. Flowers maintain their quality a lot better when cut early in the morning or in the evening.
How do I get to Mehan Flowers?
Once you have booked your u-pick experience, directions to the farm will be sent along with confirmation of your appointment.
Can we book the farm for a photoshoot?
Not accepting bookings for the 2024 seasson.
